Diamond is a great all around horse. He's a 15 year old Saddlebred Gelding. He's 16hh & has a big blaze & 3 high socks. His tail drags on the ground. He ties, crossties, bathes, clips, loads, hauls, good for vet & farrier, has had shoes on during show season. His teeth were done in January & he's UTD on all shots including a 2008 negative coggins. He's still ridden & used for lessons so he's ready to go, he won't be one you'll have to work to get back in shape or back to work or anything. He's in great shape & is a great thinker! He is the BEST lesson horse I could ever ask for. He's taught many kids & adults how to ride & ride well. He's been trail ridden both on small & huge organized rides. He's been shown every year by kids from 3 to 14 years old & my sister & I as well (adults). He's been shown in Saddleseat, Huntseat & Western & does well in all of them. He was State 4H Champion in Pleasure & Equitation in 2006 & he was Reserve Champion in SS Pleasure in 2007 & Top 10 in both SS Equitation & SS Showmanship. The equiation class was my fault b/c I gave her the wrong pattern! Oops :( He's been 4H Highpoint @ shows & at the local fair (he's qualified for state the past 3 years, 2006.2007.2008). He was Grand Champion Horse @ this years Portage County Fair.He was also shown in bareback classes. He jumps as well, we don't do it with him though b/c we're just not really into it, but he will do it if you ask him to. He was even in leadline classes with my 3 year old niece & now she's been riding him on her own the past 2 1/2 years & she's only 8 & a tiny girl! I'm only selling him b/c I've been there, done that with him & I need a new challenge.
